History of Inn on Frederick

The O’Neils were a very prominent family in St. Andrews, perhaps best known for the grocery store which they operated on Water Street at the corner of Frederick and Water. It was torn down in the 1960’s to make way for the first Save-Easy store. They operated a farm on the other side of the peninsula which provided the store with fresh produce.
